Albemarle County police are still working to figure out who pulled the trigger in a shooting that sent multiple people to the hospital Thursday night.

Investigators have been on scene at the 2200 block of Commonwealth Drive for hours looking for evidence and trying to piece together what led up to two men being shot.

Albemarle County police responded to the call a little after 6 p.m. and when they arrived, they found two men with non-fatal gunshot wounds in an apartment here on the property.

The victims were transported to University of Virginia Medical Center for treatment and they are in stable condition.

Police are still looking for suspect but haven't release a description of one at this time. They say there is no threat to the community and believe the shooting was an isolated incident.

ALBEMARLE COUNTY, VA - At approximately 6:15 pm, Albemarle County Police Officers responded to a call for a shooting at 2234 Commonwealth Drive. Two male victims were transported to UVA Medical Center for care.
