CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) - Dominion Energy says it is closely monitoring Hurricane Dorian, preparing to send extra crews wherever they are needed. A company spokesperson tells NBC29 Dominion is focusing its attention first on its customers in the Carolinas, and along the Virginia coast.

Dominion says once all its customers affected by the storm are back up and running, it will evaluate potentially sending crews to other states if they need extra help.
