Child Sex Case Against Former Augusta Co. Public School Employee Moves to Grand Jury
AUGUSTA COUNTY, Va. (WVIR) - The child sex case against a former Augusta County Public Schools employee and radio personality is moving to a grand jury. 44-year-old Kristofer Neil Losh is accused of molesting two boys over the course of several years, and prosecutors say he admitted some details of the relationships during a police interview.
On Wednesday, August 7, a judge certified the charges against him: four counts of aggravated sexual battery and four counts of taking indecent liberties with a minor.
An Augusta County Grand Jury is set to hear the case in September.
