New poll finds that younger generations are not using deodorant
MIAMI - New polls show that almost 40 percent of younger age groups do not wear deodorant.
A poll conducted by YouGov shows that a large portion of millennials and Gen Zers ranging from ages 18-24 have not worn deodorant in the last 30 days.
The poll also says that 31 percent of those ages 25-34 have not worn deodorant in the last 30 days either.
More than 37 percent of 25 to-34-year-olds say they haven’t purchased these products in the last year and 48 percent for 18 to 24-year-olds say the same, according to the poll.
It's not that Millennials and Gen Zers lack personal hygiene habits.
The poll finds that the lack of deoderant use is not for health reasons but for just simply thinking they do not need it.
