CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) - Some of the best high school basketball players in the nation were at John Paul Jones Arena this week, for the 26th annual NBPA Top 100 Camp.

The camp is being held at JPJ for the 12th year in a row.

The UVa men's basketball team has scholarship offers out to a half-dozen of the players at the camp this year.

That includes Trevor Keels.

The 6-foot-5 small forward is a rising junior from Fairfax.

He is rated as a four-star recruit by Rivals.com, and is the number one player in the commonwealth in the class of 2021.

Keels is getting some inside information on the Cavaliers while at the camp.

"It's great, my coach went here," says Keels.  "Justin Anderson went here. He's telling me stuff, how UVa plays, how they play defense, and stuff, so that's great. It's fun, playing against the best guys is fun. I love my teammates. We all communicate. It's very fun. This is a great experience."

Keels is looking to show off his versatility while at the camp.

"I can play at both ends," says Keels.  "Play defense, guard the best player, and then I can make plays for my teammates. I can score, and create shots for other people. It's nerve-wracking, for real. You look up and see all these college coaches on the floor, it's phenomenal. It's a great experience. You can't ask for nothing more."

Keels has offers from schools like Florida, South Carolina, and Wake Forest.
