CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) - A federal judge is giving some groups that took part in the Unite the Right Rally in 2017 one more chance to hand over potential evidence and sit for depositions before issuing sanctions against them.

The plaintiffs want Vanguard America, Elliott Kline, and Matthew Heimbach to turn over digital evidence.

Victims of the August 12th violence filed the civil lawsuit suit against those they say caused the chaos. The judge is expected to issue a full order in the coming weeks.
