CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) - The Charlottesville Police Civilian Review Board (CRB) is still working on how it will function moving forward.

Wednesday, the CRB met with the remaining members of Charlottesville City Council who needed to be filled in on the status of the group's bylaws.

Tuesday night, they discussed the difficulties in getting a public meeting with Charlottesville Police Chief RaShall Brackney.

Brackney met with the board just last month, and she said she wants to be upfront with those tasked with the oversight of the police department.

The Civilian Review Board is set to meet again in about two weeks.
