CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) - Former Virginia governor and potential 2020 presidential candidate Terry McAuliffe is writing a book about the events in Charlottesville that occurred back in August 2017.

McAuliffe's book, which is titled "Beyond Charlottesville: Taking a Stand Against White Nationalism," is set to be released in July.

In the book, McAuliffe is expected to describe his point of view from his position as governor during the events of the Unite the Right rally.

McAuliffe says he will make a decision regarding a presidential bid by the end of next month.
