Charlottesville, Virginia, February 12, 2019: The Albemarle County Service Authority (ACSA) is pleased to announce it is launching a customer survey this month to gain valuable customer feedback about its current services and gather important input about its future plans for improvement.

The survey – found this month with ACSA customer bills and on the ACSA’s website, www.serviceauthority.org – uses 10 short, but specifically designed, questions to take in a customer’s thoughts about:

  • their water quality;
  • their rates and bills;
  • the quality of responses by ACSA staff;
  • the information provided by the ACSA;
  • the ACSA’s new Strategic Plan; and
  • potential new service options.

“We believe our customers are critical to helping us ensure they are receiving the best customer service experience possible,” said Gary O’Connell, ACSA Executive Director. “As the ACSA looks to the future, we want their input on our plans to improve their services so they remain sustainable and reliable for decades to come.”

The ACSA invites our customers to take the survey and we thank them in advance for taking part. Completed surveys may be completed online or returned with utility bills, and customers who take part will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a $100.00 gift card. The ACSA will publish survey results on the website in late April.
