2 Vehicles Stolen and 4 Broken Into Overnight in Fluvanna County
The Fluvanna County Sheriff's Office is investigating a string of stolen vehicles and break ins over a seven hour period Wednesday night into Thursday morning.

On 10/04/2018, the Fluvanna County Sheriff’s Office responded to Justin Drive, near the Lake Monticello area of Fluvanna County, for reports of four vehicles that had been broken into. Personal items and mobile electronics were taken from the vehicles. Two vehicles were also reported stolen from residences.
Deputies believe the thefts occurred between 11:00pm on 10/3/208 and 6:00am on 10/4/2018. The two vehicles stolen were a 2015 Kia sedan, Virginia registration UXC2413 and a 2012 Chevy truck, Virginia registration UUW1477. The attached photo was taken of a possible suspect at approximately 2:40am.
The Sheriff’s Office would like to remind everyone in Fluvanna County to lock their vehicles and not to leave items of value in their car. If you see these stolen vehicles, please call 911 and report the location of the stolen vehicle, do NOT attempt to contact the driver or occupants.
