CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) - The fourth man charged in connection to the beating of DeAndre Harris last year says he is not guilty of malicious wounding.

Tyler Watkins Davis entered his plea in Charlottesville Circuit Court Thursday, October 4. He was arrested back on January 24, 2018.

The 50-year-old Florida man is accused of attacking Harris inside the Market Street Parking Garage on August 12, 2017. Several other men - Daniel Patrick Borden, Jacob Scott Goodwin, and Alex Michael Ramos - have been found guilty in that violent incident.

Davis' three-day jury trial had been rescheduled to begin Thursday, but is now set to get underway on February 11, 2019.
