A Crozet man who admitted to taking part in a string of burglaries has learned his punishment. Caleb Limbaugh Rowe, 34, pleaded guilty to two counts of breaking and entering and two counts of grand larceny back in January.

Tuesday, a judge sentenced Rowe to one year and 10 months behind bars.

Rowe was charged after he broke into four homes near Crozet last summer.

The sentencing was broken down by charge accordingly:  

  • Breaking and entering - sentenced to 10 years, nine years suspended.
  • Breaking and entering - sentenced to 10 years, nine years and two months suspended.
  • Both grand larceny charges carried a 10 year sentence, but all the time was suspended.

Rowe will also be on supervised probation for two years once he is released from prison.
