CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (AP) - The Boar's Head Inn is wrapping up a $9 million renovation of its guestrooms.

The Charlottesville resort will have 175 guestrooms and nine suites when the work is completed later this month.

Spokeswoman Pat Burnette says that carpets, wall finishes, furnishings, bathroom fixtures, lamps, accessories and televisions in each room were replaced.

Construction on another project is expected to begin in May. A new $12.4 million squash court facility will serve as the home venue for the University of Virginia's men's and women's squash programs. It's expected to be completed in spring 2013.
