Macy Moors

Macy Moors is excited to call Richmond her home. She joined the NBC12 team as a news reporter in July 2022.
Previously, Macy was a reporter for CBS19 News in Charlottesville for two years. During her time in Charlottesville, Macy covered the ‘Unite the Right’ rally civil case and the Bridgewater College shooting that killed two police officers.
Macy is a native of the Philadelphia area. Go Birds!
She graduated from Bucks County Community College with an associate degree in Communications. She then went on to earn her bachelor’s degree in Communications from East Stroudsburg University.
In her free time, Macy enjoys exercising, laying on the beach, and sipping on a Dunkin iced coffee!
A fun fact about Macy: she has eaten a full rack of ribs in nine minutes and 26 seconds!
