The Virginia baseball team concluded its fifteen game homestand with a 4-3 win over UMass-Lowell on Wednesday at Disharoon Park.

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) - The Virginia baseball team concluded its fifteen game homestand with a 4-3 win over UMass-Lowell on Wednesday at Disharoon Park.

Logan Michaels drove in Chris Newell for the go-ahead run in the bottom of the 8th, and Stephen Schoch pitched out of a bases-loaded jam in the 9th to get the win.

UVa (14-4, 2-1 ACC) returns to action on Friday at Pitt for Game One of a three-game series.
