Liberation and Freedom Days: The Aeolians of Oakwood University in concert
The Aeolians of Oakwood University performed a special concert on Wednesday as part of Liberation and Freedom Days.

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) - Music filled Charlottesville’s First Baptist Church on Wednesday as performers brought the sounds of the Baroque Era to the 21st Century.
The Aeolians of Oakwood University performed a special concert as part of Liberation and Freedom Days.

It marks the day union troops arrived in Charlottesville, to free all who were enslaved. The celebration runs through Sunday, March 8.
