NBC29 team reads “Yes, Virginia, There is a Santa Claus”

CHARLOTTESVILLE, V.A. (WVIR) - Time now for an NBC29 holiday tradition. In 1897, a little girl asked the editor of the New York newspaper ‘The Sun’ if there was a Santa Claus.
It is now history’s most reprinted newspaper editorial.
In keeping with tradition, the faces of NBC29 share the letter and the unsigned response.
