CHARLOTTESVILLE, V.A. (WVIR) - Variable to mostly cloudy skies are being seen today. A weak cold front will push through late, but no rain is expected from it.
High pressure controls the weather tomorrow and Thursday. Expect sunshine to return and temperatures to turn more seasonable for November as we move into the mid and late week. Temperatures may reach the 60s for some by Friday.
A new, stronger cold front will approach on Friday. Showers will develop later in the day. This front will usher in much cooler air as we move into the weekend. A low pressure system will then move through Central VA on Saturday. This will provide a better chance of some steady rain to the area, Up to an inch of rain is expected. Drier skies expected to return on Sunday.
