Murder Suspect Daniel Dove Back in VA

The man accused of a September murder in Albemarle County is now back in Virginia.  Albemarle County Sheriff's Deputies brought Daniel Lee Dove back from Maryland Thursday afternoon.

Dove is charged with one count of first degree murder in connection with the September 30 shooting at the Autumn Hill Apartments. Dove is expected to be in court first thing Friday morning.
