Harrisonburg Police Department Arrests Third Suspect in Robbery

Harrisonburg, Va. – On Wednesday, November 21, at approximately 10:49 p.m., the Harrisonburg Police Department along with fire and rescue agencies responded to Hotel Madison at 710 S. Main St. for injuries from an assault.

The male victim, a 34-year-old resident of Woodbridge, Virginia, was transported by rescue squad to Sentara RMH Medical Center with multiple injuries to the head and face.

On December 6, the third suspect, Brandon C. Brewer, 25, of Harrisonburg, was arrested by the Harrisonburg Police Department without incident.

Brewer has been charged with robbery, aggravated malicious wounding, and possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.

Previously, on November 28, Devon F. Organ, 28, of New Market, was apprehended by the U.S. Marshals with assistance by the New Market Police Department.

Organ, has been charged with robbery, aggravated malicious wounding, and possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.

Marlon Andre Organ, Jr. 26, of Harrisonburg, previously turned himself in and was charged with robbery, aggravated malicious wounding, and possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.
