ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va. (WVIR) -

One of the four admitted gang members involved in a brutal murder in Albemarle County will have to wait until February to learn his fate.

Sentencing for Juan Carlos Argueta was continued on Tuesday, December 4, until February 28.

However, on Wednesday, we can expect to hear the sentencing for another MS-13 gang member, Walter Amaya.

The four men admit to attacking 24-year-old Marvin Rivera-Guevara and leaving his disfigured body in Moore's Creek back in July 2017.

Jose Luis Escobar-Umana is set to learn his sentence next week on December 14, and Eduardo Zelaya is due in court to learn his fate in February.
