HPD Responds to Report of Assault at Hotel Madison

Harrisonburg, Va. – On Wednesday, November 21, at approximately 11:49pm, the Harrisonburg Police Department along with Fire and Rescue agencies responded to Hotel Madison at 710 S. Main St. for injuries from an assault.

The male victim, a 34-year-old resident of Woodbridge, Virginia, was transported by Rescue squad to Sentara Rockingham Memorial Hospital with multiple injuries to the head and face. Witnesses at the hotel stated that prior to emergency personnel arriving, they observed a dark/silver 4-door sedan outside of the hotel.

When hotel staff approached the vehicle, they saw multiple suspects hitting and kicking the victim as he lay on the ground. HPD has identified one of the suspects in the case as Marlon Andre Organ, Jr. 26, of Harrisonburg, Virginia. Mr. Organ Jr. is wanted for robbery, aggravated malicious wounding, and possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute. Detectives are currently working to identify the two additional suspects.
