AUGUSTA COUNTY, Va. (WVIR) -

Corey Stewart is rallying in the valley hoping to drum up some last-minute support before Election Day.

Dozens filled the Augusta County Government Center on Thursday, November 1, to show their support for the Republican in his bid for the United States Senate.

The current Prince William County supervisor says if he’s elected, he will push through the funding for the Mexican border wall and increase federal enforcement to remove drugs and human trafficking and illegal aliens.

"I'm going to be somebody who's going to be the president's number one guy there, supporting his agenda, pushing it through," Stewart said. "And if that has to take a little bit of arm twisting, I'll do it."

Stewart's next stop as part of his jobs not mobs tour is slated for Saturday, November 3, at Hyles Baptist Church in Chesterfield.
