Staunton City councilors are considering some improvements that fit into the city’s newly adopted bicycle and pedestrian plan.

The projects include $1.6 million in fixes to sidewalks and other needs along sections of Edgewood Road and North Augusta.

The city is considering applying for a Smart Scale grant.

Council will be on Thursday July 12 at 7:30 p.m. at Staunton City Hall.
