ST. LOUIS – A 10-year-old boy is on a mission to thank police officers across the country.
Tyler Carach, also known as ‘Donut Boy,’ stopped in St. Louis on Friday to deliver 34 dozen doughnuts to police officers to thank them for their service.
Carach has a mission to thank all 900,000 police officers in America by hand delivering them doughnuts.
Dunkin’ Donuts of Richmond Heights donated the 34 dozen donuts and coffee to the 10-year-old.
St. Louis Police Chief John Hayden gave Carach several gifts when he stopped at the Central Patrol Division Friday morning.
So far, Carach and his mother, Sheena have been delivering doughnuts for 22 months and made it to 29 states. They’ve given police officers more than 60,000 doughnuts.
