Injured Man Hit in Crozet Train Crash Released from UVA Medical Center

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (AP) - A trash collector who was injured when his truck was hit by a train carrying Republican congressmen through rural Virginia has been released from a hospital after weeks of treatment.

A spokesman for the University of Virginia Medical Center said Monday afternoon that the man had been released.

The other trash collector who was aboard the truck was killed in the collision Jan. 31.

The truck's driver sustained minor injuries.
