Virginia Schools Kick Off Campaign to Encourage Safe Teen DrivingPosted: Updated:
This week, six schools in central Virginia are joining joining others across the state to encourage safe teen driving.
The campaign "Arrive Alive" focuses on the increased risk of teen driver crashes during the spring and summer months and during prom and graduation.
Students will work in groups to find ways to encourage safe driving among their peers.
Schools in Greene, Louisa, and Augusta County are taking part. Arrive Alive runs until May 5.
