The newest suspect in a 2015 murder in Charlottesville made his first court appearance Wednesday morning.
Pierre Augustine, 26, is facing several indictments after a grand jury returned true bills on four felony charges Monday.
Investigators believe Augustine had a hand in killing 31-year-old Floyd Alston, Jr. inside his home on South 1st Street last November.
Augustine was appointed legal council Wednesday.
He is currently being held without bond.
