Phi Kappa Psi Suspends Organization Agreement with UVA
Phi Kappa Psi at UVA
CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) -
Many questions remain on what will happen to the Phi Kappa Psi fraternity house now that it has severed its organization agreement with the University of Virginia.
Property records show that the Montalto Corporation, which has a listed address in Charlottesville, owns the 3,000-square foot house. The corporation would not comment about the future of the property.
The UVA chapter's voluntary suspension of its fraternal organization agreement with the university means it can no longer receive any benefits from the school.
Chapter activities are canceled until all investigations are completed.
