Three Notch'd Donating Portion of Proceeds to Ronald McDonald House

Putting back a pint from a Charlottesville brewery Tuesday will benefit families with hospitalized children at the University of Virginia Medical Center.

Three Notch'd Brewing Company on Grady Avenue is donating $2 from every pint of "Ten Farmer's Pale Ale" sold to Red Shoe Cville - the fundraising group for the Ronald McDonald House of Charlottesville.

Three Notch'd has hosted the "$2 for Tuesdays" event all month - featuring a different beer each time.

Three Notch'd brewmaster Dave Warwick describes the Ten Farmer's Pale Ale as a refreshing, citrusy pale ale.

“Tonight's the grand finale. It's going to be a lot of people here and everybody coming out for a great cause. We picked one of our favorite, most popular beers to highlight tonight. So hopefully it sells really well,” said Warwick.

Three Notch'd is open until 11 p.m. Tuesday.  If you can't make it, the brewery will give $1 from every pint of Ten Farmer's Pale Ale to Red Shoe Cville through Sunday.
