Cville Man Pleads Guilty to Gas Station Robbery

A Charlottesville man has pleaded guilty to robbing a gas station in the city. Anthony Milton pleaded guilty to a robbery charge in Charlottesville Circuit Court Wednesday morning.

The armed robbery happened in August 2013 at the BP on Fontaine Avenue. No one was hurt.

Two other men -  Shaquille Webb and Dandre Tinsley - are also said to be involved with the robbery. Their court appearances were continued until December 22.

Milton is scheduled to be sentenced November 25. He could face a minimum of five years in prison.
