The Waynesboro Generals won two games in the Valley Baseball League Sunday, with an 8-4 win at Staunton, and a 2-1 win in six innings at New Market.
The Generals beat the Braves for the second day in a row, as they won 13-1 at home Saturday night.
Waynesboro scored three runs in the 1st inning, and four more in the 4th Sunday afternoon.
Kyle Pitts had two hits, and two runs scored.
Colin Bennett drove in Michael McClellan with the winning run in the 5th inning against the Rebels, and Zach Williamsen pitched one inning of scoreless relief for the win.
Harrisonburg has clinched the top seed in the VBL playoffs.
The Generals are a game in front of Front Royal for second place.
Waynesboro plays at Woodstock in its last game of the regular season Monday, while Front Royal hosts Charles Town.
