Fairview won the Jefferson Swim League Championships with a score of 2,407.25 points Saturday at the UVa Aquatic and Fitness Center.
Crozet came in second with 2,269.20 points.
It was the 48th annual championship meet for the Jefferson Swim League, and the 23rd time in the last 24 years the Sea Horses have won.
Prior to 2013, Fairview had won 22-championships in a row, before the Gators ended the run last summer.
There are Eighteen teams, and almost 2,900 swimmers in the JSL this season.
Fairview head coach JJ Bean is thankful to all those involved in the teams success during the 2014 summer season.
"I'm just really proud of all the people involved," says Bean. "The coaches for working hard all year and having a goal of trying to help everyone improve. The swimmers for improving all year long, especially this weekend. And the parents for working with us to help everyone do the best they can. You can stumble and you can fall but you can always get back up and keep working hard and that's what our goals always been."
The Boar's Head Sports Club finished third at the JSL Championship meet.
