Forest Lakes Hosts Hollymead in Jefferson Swim League

Posted: Updated:

The Forest Lakes Swim Club Hurricanes hosted their rivals the Hollymead Hammerheads in the Jefferson Swim League Wednesday night.

The meet would be suspended due to the rain about halfway through the event.

The teams are working on when or if they will continue at a later time.

There are eighteen teams and almost 2,900 swimmers in the JSL this year.

There are only three weeks remaining in the regular season, with the championship meet July 25th and 26th at the UVa Aquatics and Fitness Center.

Crozet won the JSL title last season, ending a 22-year run by Fairview.
