Update: Shooter Arrested and Charged with 1st Degree Murder in Orange

Orange County Sheriff's Office Press Release:
On June 29, 2014 at approx. 3:30pm the Orange County Sheriff’s Office responded to a shooting on Carter Winkey Rd. in the Gordonsville Area of Orange County.
Upon arrival, deputies found 40 year old Clyde Johnson III in his vehicle , who was the victim of multiple gunshot wounds. Deputies and EMS attempted to revive Clyde Johnson III with no success. Clyde Johnson III was pronounced dead at the scene.
Deputies were also able to determine the shooter as John Louis Johnson, age 63 of Carter Winkey Rd. John Louis Johnson was immediately taken into custody.
The events of the shooting were apparently over a property dispute. John Louis Johnson has been charged with 1st Degree Murder and the Use of Firearm in the commission of a felony.
John Louis Johnson is being held in the Central Va. Regional Jail with no bond.
