Judge Grants Prosecution More Time to Build Kevin Quick Case

A federal judge is giving prosecutors extra time to put together evidence in the case involving a murdered Waynesboro police reservist.

Court documents say the prosecutor's office is processing and organizing an extensive amount of investigative materials to turn over to defense attorneys. They now have until September 12 to prepare all that evidence.
