Posted: Updated:
CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va (WVIR) -

The two men charged after a botched break-in and robbery turned deadly in Albemarle County are set to face a judge and jury.

A grand jury certified the charges against 18-year-old Jaquan Robertson and 19-year-old Kevin Taylor Monday in Charlottesville Circuit Court.

Robertson is charged with breaking and entering, robbery, and a firearm charge. Taylor faces two felony charges for robbery and one for entering a house to commit assault and battery.

Police say they invaded a home along the 1600 block of Townwood Court in January. A third man, 20-year-old Eugene Glover, was shot and killed during the attempted robbery. Investigators haven't released any details as to how the men got inside, how the deadly shooting happened, or who pulled the trigger.

Robertson is scheduled for trial September 24. Taylor is set for trial October 22.
