Grottoes Man Accused of Bank Robbery Found Not Guilty

Posted: Updated:

A Grottoes man charged with robbing a bank has been found not guilty.

Jonathan Holts, 24, was accused of robbing the BB&T in Greenville last August. According to the commonwealth's attorney, the judge said there wasn't enough evidence to convict Holts.

Holts was found guilty of stealing a gun from the gun shack in Verona last June. For that, he is scheduled to be sentenced in August.
