Virginia Department of Transportation Press Release
CULPEPER — Paving work on the northbound Route 29 on-ramp to Interstate 64 east in Charlottesville has been rescheduled for Wednesday evening beginning at 8 p.m.
A Virginia Department of Transportation contractor will mill and pave a 100-foot section of the ramp, which enters I-64 east at mile marker 118, to address extensive pothole damage. The work is expected to take up to six hours.
During that time the ramp will be narrowed and motorists are asked to reduce speed and be alert for changes to the traffic pattern. Minor delays may occur.
