The company hired to sell beverages at the Lockn' music festival last year is in trouble with the Virginia Alcohol and Beverage Commission.
Best Beverage Catering was in court Wednesday in Lynchburg. The company faces three charges: improper lighting of event spaces, illegal use or sale of drugs, and allowing illegal activities to occur during the festival.
The company has another hearing scheduled for May 16 in Richmond.
