Two men charged after a botched home invasion and robbery in Albemarle County will be back in court again next month.
Jaquan Robertson, 18, and Kevin Taylor, 19, waived their right to a preliminary hearing Thursday morning in Albemarle General District Court.
Both Robertson and Taylor face three felony charges after a home invasion gone wrong in January. Police say a third man, 20-year-old Eugene Glover, was shot and killed during the attempted robbery and home invasion off of Townwood Court in Albemarle. Police still haven't said who pulled the trigger.
Robertson and Taylor will be back in Albemarle Circuit Court June 2 to set an arraignment date. Taylor remains behind bars, Robertson is out on bond.
