WAYNESBORO, Va (WVIR) -

Three of five people charged in relation to a home invasion and robbery at a retirement community in Waynesboro pleaded guilty Thursday.

Randy Maceo Morings, Tammy Ruleman Hall and Candice Renea Robinson all pleaded guilty to robbery and burglary charges in Waynesboro Circuit Court. Two other charges against Morings were dropped.

Police say on October 10, 2013 men in masks invaded an apartment at Fairfax Hall, robbed the people inside and fired several shots. No one was seriously hurt. According to the News Virginian, Morings was shot accidentally by James Henry Crawford III while they attempted to rob a suspected drug dealer.

Crawford and Dale Sean Wright are the other two suspects. Both have already pleaded guilty to their roles in the crime. Wright will spend eight years behind bars. Crawford has yet to be sentenced.

A judge sentenced Morings, Hall and Robinson after they entered their pleas.

Hall was sentenced to five years in prison with four years suspended on each count, plus five years of probation. Because the sentences will run concurrently, she'll actually serve one year in jail.

For each of Morings' charges, he was sentenced to 15 years in prison with 10 years suspended and 10 years of probation. His sentences will also run concurrently, putting him in prison for five years.

Robinson was sentenced to two concurrent sentences of seven years with five years suspended, as well as five years probation. She will spend two years behind bars.
