The "Ultimate Men's Health Guy Search" is looking to feature a man who is dedicated to fitness, has an overall healthy lifestyle, is career-driven and who gives back.
Midgley says his motto is to live by these values every day.
"It was very difficult to maintain that everyday mentality to get in the gym, and to eat right on the road for so long, but it's a simple choice. And you make small choices every day and they start to add up,” said Midgley.
Men's Health will fly out the finalists for a trip to New York along with a photo shoot in the city.
Voting goes on for another couple of months. To vote, click here.
