A Waynesboro man entered a guilty plea Wednesday morning for sex offenses against a child - but will not serve any prison time for the abuse.
Terry Crouse, 48, admitted to molesting a 13-year-old girl last June. He originally faced more charges, but as part of an agreement he pleaded guilty to aggravated sexual battery and sexual abuse of a minor while being a caretaker.
The commonwealth's attorney said Crouse groped the victim over the clothes while watching her last June.
A five year sentence was suspended as part of that agreement.
