Harrisonburg Police Seek Assistance in Identifying Credit Card Fraud Suspects

On March 11, officers with the Harrisonburg Police Department received a report of a credit card fraud. The victim reported losing his credit card in the area of the Harrisonburg Crossings, located on Burgess Road. Later on the same day, the victims credit card was fraudulently used multiple times at locations in the City of Harrisonburg

Video surveillance has been obtained of the possible suspects.

The suspects are described as follows;

Suspect #1- White male, approximately 20-30 years of age, with facial hair. Last seen wearing tan pants, a red t-shirt under a flannel shirt, and a red and black hat. The hat appears to possibly be an Atlanta Braves hat

Suspect #2- White male, approximately 20-30 years of age. Last seen wearing blue jeans, a green colored shirt under a dark colored jacket, and a green in color hat.

The suspects purchased various sporting good items at different locations.

HPD is encouraging anyone in the community who may know the identity of the persons in these photos contact the Harrisonburg Police Department, Criminal Investigations Division, at 540-437-2640.

Callers are able to remain anonymous by calling Crime Solvers at 540-574-5050. Tipsters may also text “HPD” plus their tip to CRIMES (274637).
