Guys looking to get into shape have a chance to be part of a weekly regimen starting Saturday morning.
The Men's Four Miler training program will kick off in front of the University of Virginia track at 8 a.m.
The program is designed for people of all skill levels.
There will also be a different guest speaker every week, including a physician and nutritionist.
“We look at it as an opportunity for guys to change their lifestyle, for guys to live a healthier lifestyle - maybe prolong their life a lot longer because it is quality of life,” said training program coach Mark Lorenzoni.
The group will meet every Saturday morning until the Men's Four Miler race on Memorial Day weekend.
Proceeds from the race will benefit UVA’s department of urology.
