A judge has dismissed the case against two men accused of attacking a Greene County supervisor.
Travis Harris and his father, Thomas, will no longer face charges.
The men were originally accused of blocking Supervisor Eddie Deane's vehicle, threatening to kill him and hitting him in the face. According to court records, Travis was facing one count of abduction. Thomas was facing the same charge and another one for assault and battery.
