Police Arrest Third Suspect in Townwood Ct. Home Invasion

Posted: Updated:
ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va (WVIR) -

UPDATE 3/27/2014: Jaquan Robertson appeared in court Thursday morning, along with Kevin Taylor, but an Albemarle judge continued their cases until May 1.

Albemarle County police have arrested a third suspect in a gang-related home invasion that turned deadly earlier this year.

Jaquan Robertson, 18, is charged with three felonies: conspiracy to commit robbery, accessory to robbery, and breaking and entering. He is being held without bond at Albemarle-Charlottesville Regional Jail.

Police say Robertson was working with Kevin Taylor and Eugene Glover to rob a home in the 1600 block of Townwood Court on January 22.

Inside the home, Glover was shot and killed. Police still haven't said who pulled the trigger.

Taylor, who was arrested shortly after the robbery-gone-wrong, is scheduled to appear in Albemarle General District Court on multiple charges later this month after a hearing earlier this week was continued.
