People who are not able to walk are hiking over hills upright thanks to a new invention.
The Action Track Chair harnesses a person to the device while it raises that person to a standing position.
Mark Grehlinger, a central Virginia dealer has been selling them to everyone from wounded veterans without legs to people who have bad knees.
“We had one gentleman recently that was telling us about going hunting and got an eight point buck and how much fun it was to be with his friends,” he said.
The chair sells for between $10,000-15,000. It can be customized for golf and other recreational interests.
