Fishersville Man to Serve 3 Years for Malicious Wounding, Assault Charges

AUGUSTA COUNTY, Va (WVIR) - A Fishersville man pleaded guilty to a brutal attack involving bleach that took place last summer.

Nathaniel Selmon, 32, will serve three years on assault and malicious wounding charges after pleading guilty Monday in Augusta County Circuit Court.

According to court testimony, Selmon threw the bleach in his girlfriend's face and attacked her with a knife.

He will also be on probation for five years once he is released.
